After acquiring two decades of experience at non-profit organizations and communications agencies, Sharene Azimi founded Mission Communications in 2010 to continue supporting mission-driven organizations with expert, cost-effective services. Drawing on a network of professionals that includes highly accomplished graphic designers, Web developers, media strategists, and innovation consultants, Mission provides integrated communications strategy, planning and execution. Additional consultants are written into proposals depending on the particular needs of the client and the scope of the project.
Recent clients include: the Consensus Building Institute, a leading collaboration consultancy in Cambridge, MA; Rutgers School of Social Work, part of the State University of New Jersey; and the award-winning filmmaking company Unity Productions Foundation, based in Washington, DC.
